How Cancellation Policies Work

Every hotel sets its own cancellation policy. The specific terms for your booking are displayed at the checkout page before you pay, and are included in your confirmation email. Always review the cancellation deadline before completing your booking.


Types of Cancellation Policy

✓ Free Cancellation

Cancel before the stated deadline and receive a full refund to your original payment method. The exact deadline is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

⚡ Partially Refundable

A cancellation fee applies if you cancel before the deadline. The fee amount (fixed, percentage, or number of nights) is shown at checkout. Cancellation after the deadline results in no refund.

✕ Non-Refundable

No refund is issued regardless of the reason for cancellation, including early check-out or no-show. These rates are typically lower to reflect this condition.


How to Cancel Your Booking

Visit hotevi.com/bookings.php and enter your email address or booking reference number.

Locate your booking and click Cancel Booking. The current cancellation terms will be shown before you confirm.

If within the free cancellation period: the cancellation is processed immediately and a full refund is initiated automatically.

If past the free cancellation deadline: the cancellation is processed and any applicable penalty is calculated from the hotel's policy. The remaining balance is refunded.


Refund Processing

All refunds are returned to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or debit card via Stripe). Processing typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.


No-Shows

If you do not check in on the arrival date without cancelling in advance, you will be charged the full booking amount in accordance with the hotel's policy. No-shows are treated as non-cancellations.
