1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HOTEVI website at hotevi.com and all related services operated by Pixel Analytics LLC ("HOTEVI", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About HOTEVI

HOTEVI is an online hotel booking intermediary. We act as a technology platform connecting travelers with hotel accommodation providers. When you make a booking through HOTEVI:

• Your reservation contract is with the hotel, not with HOTEVI
• HOTEVI acts as the booking agent and payment processor on your behalf
• The hotel is solely responsible for the quality of accommodation and on-site services
• HOTEVI is responsible for correct transmission of your booking to the hotel and your confirmation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on HOTEVI. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Booking Process

A booking is initiated when you select a room, complete guest details, and submit payment. The booking is confirmed when:

• Your payment is successfully processed by Stripe; and
• HOTEVI receives confirmation from the hotel supplier; and
• A confirmation email with a booking reference is sent to your email address

In some cases, a booking may be placed "On Request" — meaning the hotel must confirm availability before the booking is guaranteed. We will notify you by email when the hotel confirms. If the hotel does not confirm, your payment will be refunded in full.

Hotel prices and availability are live and may change between search and checkout. If the price changes before you complete payment, you will be notified and given the opportunity to proceed at the new price or cancel.

5. Pricing and Payment

Currency and Charges

All prices on HOTEVI are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). The total amount shown at checkout is the full amount charged — no additional fees are added after payment.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major debit cards via Stripe secure payment. Payment is charged in full at the time of booking. HOTEVI does not offer pay-at-hotel or deferred payment options.

Price Accuracy

We strive to display accurate prices at all times. In the rare event of a manifest pricing error, HOTEVI reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. The specific cancellation terms for your booking are:

• Displayed clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment
• Included in your booking confirmation email

Types of cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation: full refund if cancelled before the stated deadline
• Partially refundable: cancellation fee applies; amount shown at checkout
• Non-refundable: no refund for any cancellation or no-show

To cancel a booking, visit hotevi.com/bookings.php and look up your reservation by email or Travellanda booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days. For assistance, contact info@hotevi.com.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when making a booking
• Ensure guest names provided match official identification documents
• Comply with the hotel's check-in, check-out, and house rules
• Contact the hotel directly for any changes to check-in time or special requests
• Notify us promptly if you need to cancel or modify a booking

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not use HOTEVI to:

• Make fraudulent or unauthorised bookings
• Use another person's payment credentials without authorisation
• Attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
• Harvest data, scrape content, or deploy automated bots against our systems
• Conduct any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others

Violations may result in cancellation of your booking, banning from our platform, and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on hotevi.com — including text, images, design, logos, and software — is the property of Pixel Analytics LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimers

HOTEVI provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of hotel descriptions, images, or amenity listings (these are provided by suppliers)
• The quality, fitness, or suitability of any hotel property
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOTEVI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking giving rise to the claim.

HOTEVI is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; loss of enjoyment or holiday; acts or omissions of the hotel; travel delays or disruptions; or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Analytics LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at info@hotevi.com to resolve any issue informally. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
