How do I search for a hotel?
On the HOTEVI homepage, enter your destination, check-in date, check-out date, and the number of guests. Select your preferred currency and click Search. The results page shows all available hotels matching your criteria, sorted by price.
Why do prices differ from other booking sites?
Hotel prices vary between platforms due to differences in availability, demand, and negotiated rates. HOTEVI sources rates from our supplier network in real time. The price you see at checkout is the final confirmed price — there are no hidden charges added later.
Can I see the cancellation terms before booking?
Yes. The cancellation policy for your selected room is displayed on the checkout page before you enter any payment details. You can also review it on the hotel's room selection page. These terms are confirmed directly with the hotel at the time of booking.
Is my booking guaranteed once I complete payment?
Yes. Once your payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference (e.g. TL12345678), your reservation is confirmed directly with the hotel. In the rare case of an "On Request" booking, we will notify you by email once the hotel confirms — typically within 24–48 hours.
How do I find my booking?
Visit hotevi.com/bookings.php and enter your email address or your booking reference number. No account or password is required.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, subject to the cancellation policy of your booking. Visit hotevi.com/bookings.php, look up your reservation, and click Cancel Booking. The current cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm.

What if I cancel after the free cancellation deadline?
If you cancel after the free cancellation deadline, a penalty applies in accordance with the hotel's policy. This was shown at the time of booking. Contact us at info@hotevi.com with your booking reference and we will explain the exact penalty and explore any available options.
I didn't receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from noreply@hotevi.com. If it is not there, visit hotevi.com/bookings.php to look up your booking by email address or booking reference. If your booking shows as confirmed but you still have not received the email, contact us at info@hotevi.com and we will resend it.
What payment methods does HOTEVI accept?
HOTEVI accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and major debit cards via Stripe secure payment. All transactions are processed in USD.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and are never stored on HOTEVI's servers. HOTEVI never has access to your full card number.
Are there any extra charges at checkout?
No. The total price shown throughout HOTEVI — on the results page, the hotel page, and at checkout — is the complete amount you will be charged. There are no surprise charges or add-ons after payment.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. Email info@hotevi.com with your booking reference and we will send you an invoice within 1–2 business days.
There is a problem at the hotel — what should I do?
Contact the hotel's front desk as your first point of contact for on-site issues such as room quality, maintenance, or service. If the issue is not resolved, email us at info@hotevi.com with your booking reference and details and we will assist in mediating with the hotel.
Does HOTEVI offer travel insurance?
HOTEVI does not directly offer travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance separately before your trip, particularly for bookings with non-refundable rates. Many insurers offer policies that cover cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
What personal data does HOTEVI collect?
We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe) when you make a booking. We also collect device and session information for security and fraud prevention purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Is my data shared with hotels?
Yes — the booking details required for your reservation (guest name and contact information) are passed to the hotel and our booking supplier as part of completing your reservation. This data is not used for marketing by the hotel. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
How do I opt out of marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from HOTEVI. Transactional emails (booking confirmation, cancellation notices) cannot be opted out of as they are required for your booking.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email info@hotevi.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and your full name and email address. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law within 30 days. Note that booking records may be retained for the period required by financial regulations.
