The Residenza delle Città offers 31 modern apartments conveniently located near Milan Central Station and the M1, M2, and M3 metro lines. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a social lobby with Sky TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, induction stovetop, and crockery. A fitness center with Technogym equipment, complimentary mineral water and coffee/tea station, and laundry facilities are also available. Pet-friendly accommodations are offered for an additional fee, and parking and electric vehicle charging stations are available upon request. Reception hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sunday. Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, with checkout by noon. Early check-in may be possible Monday through Friday, subject to availability.
