Hotel Standards

HOTEVI connects to a verified hotel supplier network. Hotel information — including star ratings, amenities, images, and descriptions — is sourced directly from the supplier and cross-referenced for accuracy. If you find incorrect information about a property, please contact us.

Reporting Concerns

To report suspected fraud, a safety concern, a billing dispute, or any issue with a booking, contact us with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
