[Entire home] Tidy 2 story-house with outdoor Hot spring. Max capacity is up to 10 ppl. When I decide running my house as guest house, I constructed outdoor Hot spring. It was designed that you can see Mt.yufu when you taking the Hot spring. You can feel four seasons when you taking Hot spring. Beautiful sky and green mountain in the summer, red leaves in the autumn, snow mountain in the winter.# House Rules -------------------------------------------------- There is a non-contact thermometer. Each one of you please check your body temperature by yourself. ※※If you have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please contact me. I will consult the health center and contact you back. Please message me on your booking website after finishing checking your body temperatures as I need to know the check has been done. Thank you. -------------------------------------------------- Please keep these rules during your staying. 1,Please take off slippers in Japanese style room. 2,Don't pull the suitcase. 3,Do not make some noise at late night (after 22:00). 4,Don't listen the music, sing loudly in the hot spring at late night. (after 22:00). 5, please park 1 car at parking lot. 6.Do not throw garbage anywhere on the street. Neighbour keeps eye on it. 7.On your check-out date, do not place garbage outside. If you want me to collect garbage, please inform me :) Oversized garbage need to pay(such as trolley suitcase). Please inform me if you need help. ※Don’t park your car illegally on the road. Please take care about neighbors！ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About storage of luggage You can't leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. I recommend to keep your luggage in coin locker at JR Yufuin Station or leaving your luggage at Yufuin information center. You have to check-in with that check-in. I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old. Also Japanese people have to register with Tablet PC. About prepaeration of beddings I will prepare the bedding depends on how many people will stay. Please read the rules below! ・Up to 4 ppl：2 double size beds in wester style room on the 1st floor(4 proplr share the 2 double size beds) ・Up to 5 ppl：2 double size beds on 1st floor and 1 Semi-double bed on 2nd floor. ・Up to 6 7 ppl：2 double size beds on 1st floor, 1 Semi-double bed on 2nd floor and 2 futon mattresses in Japanese style room on 2nd floor. ・Up to 8 10 ppl：Each 2 ppl have to share the 1 bedding I will prepare number of pillows for each person. 《Additional cahrge：Extra bedroom》 ・ex, the guests who are goroup of 5 ppl want to use beddings for each person, extra costs will be 3,000 JPY I will prepare 3 beds, 2 futon matresses in total. *Caution＊ Due date of request will be 1day bofore from your check-in date at 3PM 【If you need cleaning while your stay,I will charge extra cleaning fee.】 ・Before check-in and after check-out, professional cleaning staff will clean the room. ・If you need extra cleaning while your stay, please request me 1day before check-in date. 【Children under 7 years old are free of charge.】 ・Children under 7 years old are free of charge, so please prepare towels and amenities yourself. If you want me to prepare these, please count children as adults and making reservation. 【About towel】 ・I will prepare the number of face towel and body towel for each person except children who are under 7 years old.If you think it's not enough, please prepare extra towel yourself.
