Search your destination, select dates, choose a room, fill in guest details and pay securely. You receive instant confirmation by email.
Is my booking confirmed immediately?
Most bookings are instantly confirmed. In rare cases you may receive an "On Request" status which is confirmed within 24 hours.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter any guest name during checkout. The confirmation goes to your email address.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe secure payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details.
Are prices shown in USD?
Yes. All prices are in USD. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the hotel's policy shown at checkout. Free cancellation is available on many rooms.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
What if the hotel is different from what was shown?
