Cottages on Mount View

Our self-contained cedar cottages are situated on 120 acres of bushland, minutes from several Hunter Valley boutique wineries and cellar doors. Three of the four cottages onsite have private heated spas with stunning views of the stars. Located just 15 minutes from Pokolbin and historic Wollombi, as well as Cessnock, these self-catered cottages each have two bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests (if utilizing the double sofa bed with inner-spring mattress situated in the living area). Simply bring your favorite food and beverages. Each cottage features a DVD and CD player, a color TV with VAST satellite reception, a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided in the cooler months), reverse-cycle air conditioning, a BBQ on the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a hammock slung between the gum trees. We offer a secluded retreat providing the perfect Hunter Valley getaway! Just minutes from Tallavera Grove, Briar Ridge, Petersons, Mount View Estate, and other exceptional cellar doors and Bistro Molines. Event venues such as Roche Estate, Bimbagen Winery, and Hope Estate are only a few minutes further. Concert transfers are available right from our front gate for all major concerts. Our resident wallabies, wallaroos, and abundant birdlife assure you of the tranquility of our location. To find us, take Wollombi Road from Cessnock and travel 12. 5 km towards Wollombi. At the junction of Wollombi and Mount View Roads at Millfield, turn right and drive 4. 4 km to our entrance on the right.
