Nestled in a peaceful, green setting on Menorca Island, this 19th-century finca has been transformed into an artist's retreat, offering both lively and serene experiences. Surrounded by pine groves, juniper shrubs, and wildflowers, the whitewashed compound has been meticulously restored, including its original vegetable garden, by local craftsmen under the guidance of interior designer Dorothee Meilichzon. Airy, open spaces feature rustic drystone, waxed concrete, and rough-hewn local wood plank floors, accented by hand-glazed terracotta tiles. Guests can choose from 43 rooms and 9 private villas, each with a dipping pool. The main house offers a cordial, shared experience while the villas provide intimate seclusion. In keeping with the stylish simplicity of the main building, rooms are comfortably streamlined. Windows showcase breathtaking views and pops of complementary color. The hotel offers a variety of activities, including hiking guides, yoga, pottery, and painting classes. A restored chapel overlooking the sea provides an idyllic setting for weddings and other events. The finca is also just a short distance from pristine white beaches, protected rocky coves, fragrant pine forests, and kilometers of trails. The restaurant features fresh, seasonal produce from the hotel's vegetable garden, served in both indoor and outdoor settings. The wine list showcases local expertise, and signature experimental cocktails are available by the pool.
