Palm Grass Hotel

"Palm Grass Hotel, the only heritage hotel in Cebu, offers a unique approach to hospitality.  It doesn't simply provide guests with a bed and a place to stay, but it brings them Cebu's history and culture.  The seven-storey green hotel gives you the blueprint of Cebu's revolutionary history in the Spanish period --- a unique blend of experience as we travel back in time when our heroes offered their lives for the freedom that is being enjoyed today.  Preservation of the Cebu cultural heritage and loving mother earth are the hotel's major advocacies.   The hotel is named after a local weed and herbal plant, known as agusias or asahas, which grows on barren and unused lands.  Just like the humble palm grass, resilient and persistently growing in abundance despite harsh conditions, the hotel aims to become a staunch advocate for the preservation of the Cebuano cultural heritage.
