According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night): Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night. Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night. Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night. Check-in is located at a different location from the property`s address. Please contact the property for more information. Check-in between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Guests are responsible for all damages caused during their stay. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver�s license, etc.) upon check-in. Please do not disposal of garbage outside of designated areas. The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy. The property will collect housekeeping fee JPY 7,500 per booking upon the arrival. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking. Guests over 5 years old are considered as adults.
