There is a non-contact thermometer at the entrance. If you have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please contact us. We will consult the health center and follow the instructions. Please let us know through the booking website after finishing checking your body temperatures as we need to know the check has been done. 【Q&A】 Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out? A. No. Please use the coin locker at the station. Q. Do you have a cleaning service every day? A. We clean your room once before your check-in but after that there is no cleaning service during your stay. Q. Is there a parking lot? A.There is no parking lot. Please use coin parking around here. Q.Can I send parcels/mails to the hotel? A. No staff is at STAYTUS so nobody can pick them up for you. Please refrain from sending anything to the hotel as it may cause trouble. 【HOUSE RULES】 ✤There's an "Information Book" in the room. Please read it through. ✤DO NOT enter the room before 15:00 on your check-in day/DO NOT stay in the room after 10:00 on your check-out day, without any permission. ✤Always keep your valuables with you. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss of or damage to valuable items in guests' rooms. Dispose of all of the stuff after checking out. ✤Please refrain from making loud noises, running or jumping in the room as it disturbs other guests. ✤Take off your shoes before entering the room, please. ✤No Smoking It is NON-SMOKING in the room/balcony/ in the building.
