[Entire home] A private villa for rent on the beach in Ise-Shima, Mie Prefecture. Surrounded by spectacular oceanfront views and nature, the house is directly connected to the sea and offers BBQ, bonfires and fireplaces. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people.# House Rules Check-in precautions -No smoking in the entire building. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of the butts. -When you go out, please stop the air conditioner and lock the entrance and windows. -Please refrain from fireworks and loud parties so as not to bother the residents in the neighborhood. -Guests other than the reserved number are not allowed to enter the room. -Pets are not allowed. -Please separate the garbage. 1, Combustible garbage (paper, swill, plastic containers, trays, foams, etc.) 2, PET bottles 3, Cans 4, Bins Garbage bags are in the kitchen. Please feel free to use it as it is in the drawer. If you are staying for a long time, please close the mouth of the bag tightly and move all the trash to the large trash can outdoors (on the parking lot stockyard side). * Please take your oversized garbage home with you. -If you use all the air conditioners at the same time, the breaker may trip, so please be careful. -BBQ stoves (charcoal fire type), tables and chairs are rented free of charge, but after use, after cleaning the net and grill, please return them to the original place before renting. * You can get off the beach from the garden to the beach under the cliff, but the road is very dangerous. Please be careful when you have a bad footing or when you get off with slippers. Please note that parents must accompany small children. In the unlikely event of an accident, you will be responsible for it. Check-out precautions -Please lock all windows and doors. -Please stop all air conditioners. -Please check the source of the fire. -Please turn off all the lights. -Please close the mouth of the bag tightly and move all the trash in the room to the large trash can outdoors (on the parking lot stockyard side). -After using cooking utensils and tableware, wash them and place them in a drainer rack. (It is not necessary to complete the washing of the dishwasher, but it will be helpful if you check out with the washing started.) -If you use the cushion on the balcony on the 2nd floor, it can be blown away by strong winds. Since it is highly resistant, please return it to the room after use. * Please lock the entrance at the end.
