Villa Antheia

In a unique place of calm and relaxation, the traditional village of Karterados, in the very heart of the island of Santorini, “Angels’ Suites of 1870” stands out in respect with the Theran architecture and the surroundings.
This traditional complex of two cave houses that is dated back to 1870 was formerly used as the residence of the local ruler Charalampos Valvis, at the end of 19th century. In the very same yard of the mansion many leading personalities of the political scene of Greece such as El. Venizelos had given their election speech.
