[Entire home] First impression of My house "Kuroki House" is "This is what called the Japanese style house" Everyone would think there are only Futon mattresses because this is Japanese style house, but I preffer more comfortable, so I prepared Beds at Japanese style room too. However, I want you to enjoy Japanese culture, so I also prepared Futon mattresses too. I think this is the great experience that respect other countries culture and experienced that culture.# House Rules -------------------------------------------------- There is a non-contact thermometer. Each one of you please check your body temperature by yourself. ※※If you have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please contact me. I will consult the health center and contact you back. Please message me on your booking website after finishing checking your body temperatures as I need to know the check has been done. Thank you. -------------------------------------------------- Must read carefully! Bedding will be prepared depending on the number of guests. -All beddings are double size. -From 1 to 10 people, I will prepare beddings for each person. ※-There is limitation for number of beddings, so from 11〜15 people, *each 2 people have to share the 1 beddings 【Details of bedroom preparation by the number of guests】 ・ Up to【4】 guests : 2 futon mattresses at Japanese style room1 and 2 size beds rooms on the first floor. ・ Up to【5】guests : 3 futon mattresses at Japanese style room1 and 2beds at Japanese style room2 on the first floor. ・ Up to【6】guests : 3 mattresses at Japanese style room1, 2 beds at Japanese rooms on the first floor and 1 bed at western room on the 2nd floor ・ Up to【7】guests :3 futon mattresses at Japanese style room 1 and 2 beds at Japanese style room 2 on the first floor. 2 beds at western room on the 2nd floor. ・ Up to【8】guests :3 futon mattresses at Japanese style room 1 and 2 beds at Japanese style room 2 on the first floor. 3 beds at western room on the 2nd floor. * 1 Japanese mattress per 2 people. ・ Up to【9】guests :4 futon mattresses at Japanese style room 1 and 2 beds at Japanese style room 2 on the first floor. 3 beds at western room on the 2nd floor. ・ Up to【10】guests :4 futon mattresses at Japanese style room 1 and 2 beds and 1 futon mattress at Japanese style room 2 on the first floor. 3 beds at western room on the 2nd floor From 11 15 ppl, I will prepare number of pillows. 【Cleaning】 ・Professional cleaning company will clean my house before Check-in and after Check-out. ・I won't clean the house while your stay. ・ If you need cleaning while staying, you need to pay extra charge, so please inform me by 15:00 the day before 【About towels】 ・I will prepare 1 face towel and 1 body towel per person ・Please wash these towels by Laundry machine. 【About Linen】 ・I will prepare Futon cover, quilt cover and pillow cover. ・I won't change the these covers while your stay. 【The children under 7 years old are free】 ・I won't prepare towels, amenities for the age under 7 years old, so please prepare your self. ＊If you want me to prepare these, Please add your kids as adult. ＊You can't watch NHK TV program. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please keep these rules during your stay below. 1,Smoking is prohibited 2,Don’t make some noise *especially in Hot spring. 3,You can park only 1 car at parking lot. 4,Please take care about neighbors. 5.Do not throw garbage anywhere on the street. Neighbours keep eye on it. 6.On your check-out date, do not place garbage outside. If you want me to collect garbage, please inform me :) Oversized garbage need to pay(such as trolley suitcase). Please inform me if you need help. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About storage of luggage You can't leave your luggage before after check-out. I recommend to keep your luggage in the Coin locker at Yufuin station or leave your luggage at Yufuin information center.
