How Hotel Booking Works on HOTEVI
HOTEVI simplifies the hotel booking process into a few straightforward steps, whether you're a first-time user or a seasoned traveler. Our platform connects directly to a live hotel inventory of over 500,000 properties across 200+ countries through our global hotel supplier network. This integration means that every price and room you see on HOTEVI reflects real-time availability, so there are no surprises at checkout.
The booking journey begins with a search. Enter your destination city, select your check-in and check-out dates using our interactive calendar, and specify the number of rooms, adults, and children. HOTEVI supports up to 5 rooms per search, with a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children per room. Children's ages are factored into pricing, as many hotels offer reduced rates or free stays for younger guests.
Once you submit your search, HOTEVI returns a list of available hotels sorted by relevance. You can filter results by star rating (1 to 5 stars), nightly price range, board type (room only, bed and breakfast, half board, full board, or all inclusive), and free cancellation availability. Each hotel card shows a thumbnail image, star rating, location, and the lowest available nightly rate. Click any hotel to view the full detail page, which includes a photo gallery, amenity list, guest reviews from TripAdvisor, price comparisons with other platforms, and all available room options with their cancellation policies.
When you find the right room, click "Reserve" to proceed. HOTEVI creates a secure booking session that lasts 30 minutes — enough time to complete your details without rush. On the checkout page, enter guest names, your email address, phone number, and any special requests for the hotel. No account registration is required.
Payment is handled entirely through Stripe's secure payment platform, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions support 3D Secure authentication for additional fraud protection. The price you see is the price you pay — HOTEVI does not add hidden fees at checkout. After payment, most bookings are confirmed within seconds, and you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, hotel details, and check-in instructions.
Need to modify or cancel? Check the cancellation policy shown during your booking. Many rooms on HOTEVI offer free cancellation up to a certain deadline. You can look up any booking at hotevi.com/bookings using your reference number and email, or contact our support team for assistance.
