Our apartments are located on the 3rd floor without elevator. We do not have a physical reception in the building, so the entrance will be autonomous with security codes that will be shared on the day of check in once the check in is complete. For this, we need you to contact us days prior to arrival so that we can provide you with the online check in link that all guests must complete. Without this registration, we cannot provide access codes. The official check in time is 3pm. Please inform Be Mate Gran Vía Suites of your expected arrival time in advance.
