This charming budget hotel, built in 1929 and renovated in 2005, is nestled in the heart of the tourist center, just steps from the famed Promenade des Anglais. The pedestrianized Rue de France and Rue Massena, along with numerous shops and entertainment venues, are also nearby. The beach and public transport are a mere 50 meters away, approximately one block from the hotel, and the airport is a short drive.
