This apartment complex enjoys a prime location in Benidorm's Rincón de Loix area, just 400 meters from Levante Beach and a short stroll from the vibrant town center. Guests will appreciate the wide array of nearby shops, bars, and restaurants. The complex offers a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and features a swimming pool for both adults and children, open from June 15th to September 15th. Apartments are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a private balcony or terrace. Towels and linens are changed for stays longer than 11 days. TVs (Spanish channels only) and safes are available for rent. Key collection details are as follows: Fincas Benidorm (23 Madrid Avenue), Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm; Saturdays, 10 am to 1 pm. For out-of-hours collection: Apartamentos Don Gregorio (8 Roma Avenue), Monday to Friday, 8 pm to 3:30 am; Saturdays afternoons, Sundays, and bank holidays from 4:30 pm to 3:30 am. A pre-authorization deposit of €200-€300 is required on a Visa or Mastercard. Cash deposits are not accepted. The deposit will be released within one week of check-out, provided the accommodation is left in its original condition, all keys and accessories are returned, and house rules are followed. Failure to provide a card for the deposit will result in denial of access to the apartment and forfeiture of the reservation cost.
