Orange Stay Apartments

Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river at 74A, kindly proceed to our office for the check-in process. All the Guests must present double vaccination certification upon check in. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance as our reception is open only during limited hours of 9am to 5pm daily. Please contact us before 2pm for arrival times outside normal hours, we have key boxes available 24hrs for free subject to confirming card and ID details. We can also arrange a personal check in for a fee: 5pm-10pm $50, after 10pm is $100. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit (pre-authorization only) of AUD 500 for 1 & 2 bedroom apartment and AUD 1000 for 3 bedroom apartment on physical card is required on arrival. The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated on the reservation.
