[Entire home] Good location! Only 2mins away from Yufuin station! My house is 2 story house and max capacity is up to 15 ppl. I have private semiーoutdoor Hot spring! 6 8 people are able to take at once. You don't need care of weather because it's semi-outdoor Hot spring. You can take any time you want to.# House Rules -------------------------------------------------- There is a non-contact thermometer. Each one of you please check your body temperature by yourself. ※※If you have a body temperature above 37.5 degrees Celsius, please contact me. I will consult the health center and contact you back. Please message me on your booking website after finishing checking your body temperatures as I need to know the check has been done. Thank you. -------------------------------------------------- Please read carefully! ※Preparation of beddings are depends on how many people will stay. ・1 4 ppl：I will prepare 4 double size futons at 2 Japanese style rooms on the 1sr floor. ・5 8 ppl：Each 2 people have to share the above beddings. ※I will prepare number of pillows for each person. ・9 10 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1 st floor and 2 beds at the western room on the 2nd floor. ・11 12 ppl：4 futon mattresses on the 1 st floor and 2 beds at the western room on the 2nd floor and 2 futon mattresses at the Japanese style room on the 2nd floor. ・13 15 ppl：Each 2 ppl have to share the all the beds and futon mattresse. ※I will prepare the pillows for each person. 1,Take off the slippers in Japanese style room. 2,Smoking is prohibited in the house.(I set the ashtray at outside of entrance.) 3,Don't make some noise and running inside the house at late at night. 4, You can park 1 car, so don't park at road and illegally. 5.Do not throw garbage anywhere on the street. Neighbours keep eye on it. 6.On your check-out date, do not place garbage outside. If you want me to collect garbage, please inform me :) Oversized garbage need to pay(such as trolley suitcase). Please inform me if you need help. Please keep manners for having good time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- About storage of luggage You can't leave your luggage after check-out. I recommend to keep your luggage in coin locker at JR Yufuin station or leaving your luggage at Yufuin information center. You have to check-in with that check-in. I will send details after confirm reservation, so please check it. ＊All the guests have to check-in with Tablet PC except kids who are under 7 years old. Also Japanese people have to register with Tablet PC. 【If you need cleaning while your stay,I will charge extra cleaning fee.】 ・Before check-in and after check-out, professional cleaning staff will clean the room. ・If you need extra cleaning while your stay, please request me 1day before check-in date. 【Children under 7 years old are free of charge.】 ・Children under 7 years old are free of charge, so please prepare towels and amenities yourself. If you want me to prepare these, please count children as adults and making reservation. 【About towel】 ・I will prepare the number of face towel and body towel for each person except children who are under 7 years old.If you think it's not enough, please prepare extra towel yourself.
