Crimdon Dene

Margaret and John have welcomed guests to Crimdon Dene, a 100% non-smoking guesthouse, since 1999. Built in the Edwardian period, it has been extensively refurbished to offer modern facilities while maintaining a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The guesthouse aims to provide a pleasurable stay with personalized service and attention to detail. It's close to Torre Abbey & Gardens, Abbey Sands beach, the Riviera Conference/Leisure Centre, and Torquay railway station, all within easy walking distance. The harbor, with its restaurants, bars, bowling alley, and theatre, is also just a stroll away, leading to the main shopping streets. Guests can relax in the well-stocked ground-floor bar/lounge, open until 11 pm. The dining room, situated on the lower ground floor, offers individual tables and a breakfast bar with a large choice of cereals, juices, fruit, homemade yogurts and preserves. Breakfast options include a full English, continental, various items on toast, fish, or a vegetarian breakfast, all served with plentiful tea, fresh brewed coffee, and toast.
