Heritage Hotel Santa Lucia

The Heritage Hotel Santa Lucia, formerly Hotel Central, graces the southeastern side of Pjaca, Split's most beautiful square. Since the 1770s, Pjaca, also known as People's Square, has been the heart of the old city, originating as a coffee shop that later became the hotel. Both played a central role in the city's political, social, and cultural life throughout the 19th and first half of the 20th centuries.
