Relax indoors - in our shared lounge - or outdoors while enjoying the complimentary breakfast or getting some work done on our always-up, blazing-fast Wi-Fi network. Two types of rooms are available – three with a king bed and three with two queen beds – all with en suite bathrooms. Our rooms present with locally-made custom furniture, sophisticated finishes, and 14-foot ceilings. Air conditioning & heating, a 50' SmartTV, and more. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. Communication prior to arrival is necessary.
