The adjacent tmtplaza, the largest shopping mall in the Northwest New Territories, offers a wide array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. In line with Hong Kong's sustainability initiatives, disposable plastic toiletries and bottled water will not be provided in guest rooms. However, essential amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, hair dryers, electric kettles, coffee/tea making facilities, and refillable dispensers of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash are provided. Please note: Hotel COZi is a smoke-free hotel. The swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from September 15, 2025, until further notice. A deposit will be collected upon check-in. Hotel rooms cannot be used for parties or group events.
